Product Information
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately represent the actual colours.
Orders and Design Process
All costumes are custom-made and designed in collaboration with the client. Clear and timely communication is essential to ensure accurate design and delivery.
Any design changes must be submitted in writing and may affect pricing and delivery timeframes.
Delays in decision-making, approvals, or failure to provide the required information may result in production delays for which Crystalise Me is not responsible.
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Crystalise Me reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase and inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
Payment
Online Store
Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept a vast range of payment options which will be displayed at our checkout. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
Final payment is due within 1 week (5 business days), of being notified costume is completed.
Custom Solos and Troupes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all troupe costume orders. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to delivery. No costumes will be dispatched until payment is received in full. Solo costume payment terms may vary and will be confirmed at the time of order.
Final payment is due within 1 week (5 business days), of being notified troupe costumes are completed. A late payment fee of 10% of the total order will be added to the final account.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Solo costumes start at $200, with pricing based on design complexity and material choices.
Blinging services start at $80, with final pricing depending on the level of detail and materials required. For troupe stoning, please contact us directly to discuss wholesale rates.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must respond to design approvals, sizing requests, and payment reminders promptly to ensure timelines are met. All sizing information must be accurate and submitted by the agreed date.
Delays caused by client indecision or late responses will not be the responsibility of Crystalise Me. Clients are responsible for checking all final details prior to production commencing, including fabric, design, colour, and embellishments.
Once approved, any changes requested may incur additional costs and affect delivery timeframes.
Delivery Timeframes
All efforts will be made to meet agreed delivery timelines. Delays may occur when client decisions, approvals, or changes are not made within the agreed timeframes. Delivery dates are considered estimates until the final balance is paid and all required client approvals are confirmed.
Crystalise Me is not responsible for delays resulting from late communication or outstanding payments.
Returns and Refunds
As all items are custom-made, no refunds or exchanges are offered for change of mind or incorrect sizing provided by the client. If a costume is found to be faulty, the issue must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for assessment.
Repairs or corrections will be made where a fault is confirmed and only where the fault lies with Crystalise Me.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Crystalise Me until full payment has been received and cleared.
Shipping and Delivery
Standard Shipping
We are thrilled to offer our customers reliable and efficient shipping services within Australia through Auspost. Our standard shipping option takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery and is available at a flat rate of $10.90.
Express Shipping
We also provide express shipping via Auspost. Choose this option at checkout for faster delivery, with an estimated arrival time of 2-4 business days. Express shipping is available for a fee of $14.40.
International Shipping
